Local brands & partners

Supporting local producers has always been part of who we are. When we source locally, we get better ingredients, stronger relationships, and food that reflects the place we call home.

Why we source locally

Local sourcing allows us to stay connected to our food and the people behind it. We know our suppliers, visit their facilities, and regularly taste products together to make sure everything meets our standards.

Local Farms & Seasonal Produce

From michigan fields to our market

Much of our produce comes from farms that sell directly at Eastern Market in downtown Detroit. By sourcing this way, we’re able to follow the seasons closely and bring in produce at its peak.

In late summer, you’ll see baskets of Michigan tomatoes filling the market. Spring brings fresh Michigan asparagus, and mid-summer is all about Michigan blueberries. These seasonal shifts are part of what make shopping here feel alive and connected to the land.

Local Meats & Butcher Partners
